Shipping Information

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

While we take every care to ensure our garments meet your expectations, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included

Note: For hygiene reasons, our Ready-made Blouses for Saree and Co-Ord Sets are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Los Angeles atelier using a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error.

Exchange Process

For size/color exchanges:

  1. Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating your desired exchange item in your email.
  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship the new item within 2 business days.
  3. Standard shipping fees apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.

Refund Information

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • International customers: Refunds exclude any customs duties or taxes paid
