Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail as our French-seam finishes, ensuring a seamless experience for our discerning clientele.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included

Note: For hygiene reasons, our Ready-made Blouses for Saree and Co-Ord Sets are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for prompt processing.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Los Angeles atelier using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size/color only):

  1. Follow the same steps as the return process, clearly indicating your desired exchange item in your email.
  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the new item within 2 business days.
  3. Standard shipping fees apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.

Refund Information

Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • International customers: Refunds exclude any customs duties or taxes paid
